For orders placed within the United States, we accept returns within 14 days (effective 7/23/2021) after you receive shipping confirmation. We do not cover the return shipping cost. For orders shipped to Canada, we accept returns within 20 days after shipping confirmation.

What If I Receive a Damaged or Defective Item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team at +1 347-967-7552 or and provide the order number and item number from your original confirmation email so a representative can assist you with your return. Returned items will be credited to the original form of payment.

(The Limited Warranty) If you receive a damaged or defective item (We) will issue a replacement. The Limited Warranty expires 14 days after receiving the Items. 

If there is extensive damage to the package upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at +1 347-967-7552 or Email or Text Message pictures or videos of damages to the package.
